Community Focused
As a part of our commitment to the community, we actively seek ways to give back and make a positive impact. We love being a part of local events, sponsoring youth sports teams, and collaborating with charitable organizations to improve oral health education and access to care for those in need.
Here at Jackson Dental in Belle Fourche, serving our community is about creating a ripple effect of brighter smiles that extend far beyond our practice walls.

Children’s Dental Health Month
A healthy smile is more than bright teeth—it’s the foundation of a child’s overall well-being. February is Children's Dental Health Month, a time to highlight the importance of good oral habits from an early age. Tooth decay is one of the most common chronic childhood conditions, but it’s also one of the most preventable. That’s why we’re committed to educating kids and families about the power of brushing, flossing, and regular checkups. This month, our team will be visiting 8 schools throughout South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana, to teach kids how to care for their smiles. We’ll also be attending career fairs to inspire the next generation of dental professionals as well as supporting fundraisers that provide access to dental care for children in need.
Black Hills Christian Academy Denim & Diamonds Fundraiser
Saturday, February 8th at 5pm is the 3rd annual fundraising gala for the Black Hills Christian Academy: Denim & Diamonds! This fundraiser will be held at Besler’s Cadillac Ranch with dinner, a silent auction, and a live pie auction. Dr. Christopher Jackson, Hope Jackson, Dr. Krum, and Abby Krum, will be there to support the Black Hills Christian Academy - we hope to see you there!
Belle Fourche High School Career Fair
We’re excited to be part of the upcoming Belle Fourche High School Career Fair on February 20th, where we’ll be sharing our experience and insights with those looking for a future in the dental field. Whether students are interested in becoming a dentist, hygienist, or dental assistant, this is a great opportunity to learn about different careers in oral healthcare. Parents can also gain valuable information about career paths that offer stability, growth, and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives through their practice. Our team will be there to answer questions, share personal experiences, and provide guidance on the education and skills needed to succeed in the dental field. We can’t wait to inspire the next generation of dental professionals, and we hope to see you there!
ANNUAL EVENTS

ANNUAL EVENTS ↓
Every year we hold a charity golf tournament for the community. It’s the event we all look forward to every summer, as we get together with local businesses and enjoy a day on the green.
Most importantly, it’s a day for all of us to get together and make a difference in our community.
This year all of our proceeds went to our charity of choice, the Children's Home Society of South Dakota.
We chose this organization because we believe, as parents, grandparents, brothers, and sisters, that all children deserve to be loved and cared for, no matter their situation. The community came together and enjoyed a day on the green with other local businesses, and all of the proceeds went directly to the CHSSD. Together, we raised over $15,000!!
As parents ourselves, we are extremely grateful for the selfless and loving work this organization does for our community and the state at large, and we are so happy to help them further their mission to help children in need.
Thanks to everyone who participated in this year's golf tournament, and a very big thank you to The Children's Home Society of South Dakota for all that they do.
Smiles for FREEdom is a 501c non-profit organization designed to provide free dental care services for veterans and active duty service members within our local communities.
Every year Jackson Dental is a proud volunteer of this amazing event. We value and respect our local veterans who have fought for this country and our freedoms, and we are more than happy to give back to our community in this special way!
Being involved with the Belle Fourche Chamber of Commerce allows us to build strong relationships with local businesses and families, foster trust, and demonstrate our commitment to the well-being of our neighbors.
By staying connected and involved, we ensure that our practice remains a trusted and integral part of the community, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and supporting the growth and prosperity of the Black Hills.
One of our favorite local events is the Tough Enough to Wear Pink rodeos that take place here in Belle Fourche. These rodeos help raise money for breast cancer research and awareness, and we love showing our pride and support each season!
